Our Outdoor Living Design Process

At Lorenz Landscape we know the first step to building an outdoor living space you will love is to develop a relationship with you. Our owner Brad will meet with you to understand your desires and needs for your project. During our first meeting, Brad and you will discuss these desires along with budget. We can typically give you a "ballpark" figure based on square footage and accessory items like seats walls, steps and firepits desired during this initial meeting.

If your budget allows, and you would like to move forward with the design and quote process, we charge a design fee. We create a 3D design which helps you be able to visualize being on your new patio before it is even built! It takes several hours to create custom designs and the fee compensates us for our time, efforts and knowledge. Once the design is created we can set up another meeting to discuss and make any necessary revisions. Once you approve the design and quote we can schedule your project!

Lead time from design to project start varies based on the time of the year. Spring and summer are our busiest months and typically have longer wait times.

Base Package - $350 

• Backyard or front yard design 
• Minimal grade changes

Silver Package - $550 

• Backyard or front yard complex design 

Gold Package - $850 

• Entire property design 

All packages have up to two free revisions.
​After that, an additional charge my occur based on time spent on revisions.
